StoreMe Storage Services, Self-Storage Made Simple
What is the meaning of Hong Kong?

StoreMe is diversifying

Did you know that the translation of Hong Kong is Fragrant Harbour?

Although the origin of the name “Fragrant Harbour” can only be speculated, there are two theories that try to explain how and why the name came about. “Fragrant Harbour” may have referred to the sweet and fragrant waters of the Pearl River or the sweet smell of agarwood that is popular on the island.

Our new collaboration with Hong Kong

StoreMe is expanding and diversifying; developing a new logistics arm to power the growing import and export business of Fragrant Harbour Logistics. It's exciting times for both of our companies and we are looking forward to an amazing collaboration with Fragrant Harbour run by Leslie and Mike. We have been providing their warehousing space here at Nest Farm for well over sixth months now, but this month (January 2025) sees the next big step in our new venture together. The construction of the new industrial tent from Hardlife Utilities to increase our storage capacity is well underway  and should be complete by the start of February. We will then be in a position to support not only the import activity of Fragrant Harbour Logistics - the plan is to develop the business to incorporate export and local moves for Hong Kongers in the UK.

We look forward to sharing with everyone our journey as we work in partnership to service the needs of the Hong Kong community in the UK.
